How to make run live from USB Linux

Today I will show a tutorial how to run directly on USB a Linux distribution.Why do we need ?
Principally is Linux whereupon we need unetbootin.
The first step download linux(in my case Linux Mint)

The second step download UNetbootin(is free software:

  1.     Go to http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/ download and install
  2.

After downloading and installing start UNetbootin:

I chose Linux distribution

Next step is Diskimage->Open Linux.iso
If you want "key persistence"->"space used to preserve file across reboots,," give a memory depending on size USB.For example LINUX+KEY PERSISTENCE < USB MEMORY.
"What is persistence?
Usually, on a live CD or Live USB key, all modifications are discarded when you reboot.
The persistence allows you to keep your preferences and data even after reboot.
The data are stored in a special file called casper-rw (for Ubuntu) and overlay-USBLABEL-UUID (for Fedora). This is a completely transparent process for the user.
Usually, 300 MB are enough to install some software but you can use more."(Source http://www.linuxliveusb.com/help/faq/persistence/67-what-is-persistence)
